1. OVERVIEW

Thank you for shopping with Draxo India! We aim to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy to understand timelines, costs, and procedures.

2. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship across India. International shipping may be available for select products — please contact us for more information.

3. PROCESSING TIME

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
• You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping notification with tracking details

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

5. SHIPPING CHARGES

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999 (subject to change)
• A standard shipping fee is applicable for orders below ₹999
• Express delivery options may be available at additional cost

6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can track your order on the courier partner's website or by contacting us at draxoindia@gmail.com.

7. FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED SHIPMENTS

• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the courier will attempt re-delivery
• After 2–3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to us
• In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch
• Refunds for returned undelivered items will be processed after deducting shipping costs

8. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at draxoindia@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
