1. OVERVIEW

At Draxo India, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before initiating a return.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Items are eligible for return if:
• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact
• The item is not a perishable, digital, or customized/personalized product
• The item was not purchased during a clearance or final sale

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:
• Perishable goods (food items, flowers, etc.)
• Digital products and downloadable software
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Hygiene products (undergarments, swimwear, beauty items) once opened
• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return:

• Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return
• Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process
• Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it back to our address

5. REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
• For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at draxoindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for eligible items subject to stock availability. Please contact us to check availability before initiating an exchange.
